Included in your monthly plan:

- Facilitate rent collection or support rent arrangements directly to the Owner/Landlord
- Preparation and service of basic notices (Entry, Rent Increase, etc.)
- Monthly utility calculations and email delivery to tenants
- Use of Cavendish’s mailing address for official correspondence

- Move-in/move-out cleaning and minor repairs
- Groundskeeping or seasonal maintenance
- Facilitate rent collection or support rent arrangements directly to the Owner/Landlord
- Preparation and service of basic notices (Entry, Rent Increase, etc.)

- Present tenant application package to Owner/Landlord for approval
- Coordinate lease signing, deposit collection, and move-in logistics
Ongoing Tenant Relations:
- We are the main point of contact for all tenant needs
- Ensure tenants comply with lease and tenancy obligations
- Handle rent inquiries, maintenance scheduling, and notice delivery

Maintenance & Renovations
