Applicants must provide proof of income/employment, a recent Equifax credit report, government-issued photo ID, and references. A complete list of required documents is provided with the rental application.
Tenants can submit maintenance requests through a dedicated email. We triage and dispatch qualified vendors as needed and keep both landlords and tenants updated throughout the process.
Yes. If you only need help finding and placing a tenant, we provide a standalone tenant placement service, which includes marketing, showings, screening, and lease signing.
We use a paralegal partner service that manages the legal process in accordance with Ontario law, including notices, documentation, and representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board where required.
